Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

Prepaid Booking Fee: You will be charged a booking fee upon scheduling your appointment. The booking fee is $50.00, and will go towards your final service charge. In the event you cancel your appointment, in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or simply do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will surrender your $50.00 booking fee.

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice your booking fee stands as charged. You will NOT be charged for the full service fee.

No-shows
If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment, for whatever reason, you will be considered a “no-show.” Your booking fee stands as charged, for your “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
